DLM10-40A (EKE) Wet type multi-disc electromagnetic clutch
DLM10(EKE Series) series clutch is a wet Multi-Slip electromagnetic clutch with sliding ring. It needs to work under lubricated conditions. The friction disc wears little and its service life is long. With small radial dimension and large moment, it can be widely used in mechanical transmission system of machine tools, steel rolling, metallurgical mining, metal calendering, handling, ship fishery and other equipment, playing the role of clutch, commutation, speed change, etc.
The clutch can work reliably under the following conditions:
1. The ambient air temperature is -5 -+40.
2. In the medium without explosion danger, and in the medium without enough gas and conductive dust to corrode metals and destroy insulation.
3. Clutch should work under the condition of lubricating oil.
4. Voltage fluctuation of clutch coil does not exceed the rated voltage of + 5% and - 15%.
